Troubleshooting

Plugin not showing
Confirm the DLL matches your Equalizer APO architecture (64-bit APO requires a 64-bit DLL).
DLL won't load
Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime redistributables (x64 and x86).
Plugin crashes
Update your audio drivers and make sure no other host is currently loading the DLL.
No audio after enabling
Toggle the plugin off/on in APO, then restart the Windows Audio service.
Wrong architecture
Use the x64 DLL with 64-bit APO. Do not mix 32-bit and 64-bit binaries.
Missing dependencies
Some plugins require the VC++ 2015–2022 redistributable; install both x64 and x86 packages.
